Ambition: to define a new competitive paradigm, by conceptualizing, designing, and experimenting with new archetypes, methods, and solutions of restorative and regenerative BMs, resilient and circular SCs, and innovative technology-based marketing strategies.

Objectives

  • Define and test new frameworks, models and methods to implement scalable regenerative and repair-oriented business models, centered on customers and resources, in a sustainable and responsible way.
  • Define and test structural archetypes for supply chains, coordination mechanisms, collaborative management approaches and tools — supported by emerging technologies — to foster resilience, sustainability and circularity.
  • Define and test a new country-of-origin effect based on circularity and sustainability, and develop technology-based models and methods for branding, communication, customer engagement and experience.

Definition of a new competitive paradigm for companies within the Made in Italy ecosystem.

Development of models, approaches, methods and tools for the design and implementation of:

  • Regenerative and repair-oriented business models
  • Transformative and regenerative supply chains for circularity and resilience
  • Customer-centric marketing strategies for a circular and sustainable Made in Italy

Integration of marketing and design to enhance competitive performance, by developing a contextual design approach that incorporates cultural awareness and encourages responsible consumer choices.
