The goal of the SEAM project is to develop a digital passport for garments that ensures traceability across the entire production chain.
To achieve this, the project will create scalable and replicable digital tools, organized around the following core components:

• Certified digital registry: a structured dataset to trace every processing phase of a garment, ensuring the Italian origin of production and assessing the environmental impact of the involved processes.
• Automated NFC tags: entry points for consumers to access the digital passport, offering real-time access to product information.
• User-friendly web platform: an intuitive online space where users can view information about the production process, sustainability, and origin of the garment.
• User feedback collection tools: tools to collect consumer feedback, enabling analysis of preferences and expectations.
• Automated data analysis systems: tools for processing and classifying user feedback data, with the aim of improving the production cycle and aligning with market demands.

Together, these integrated components form a digital passport that serves a dual purpose:
